This project is a remote user study of free users of the Aakash app aiming to inform retention strategies. This was done by understanding the reasons for drop off and declining engagement with three of the app’s priority features that are designed to help practice for competitive and entrance exams.

'Kiddoscope' is a series of biweekly sessions built on the foundations of continuous user research. Structured as an audio-visual format, these participatory sessions create a space that empowers researchers not only to evangelize their practice but also develop user-empathy as a norm among stakeholders.

Being a relatively young research team at the organization, my team— User Research Labs— still worked on various types of research and each project brought with it a new set of challenges.
